Tool & Mark Making

About This Workshop
In this class you will explore the notion of mark making through experimentation. You will make brushes from plant material and found objects, then use a variety of papers, ink, paint and other media to see what marks can be created.
You will work in black and white to create a paper collage, and learn some basic design principles to create a small work of art. The work can be further enhanced by the addition of hand drawn details or hand stitching.
