About This Workshop
Have you attended one of our felting workshops and want to extend your skills or solve some problems that have occurred when you have tried this at home? Come along to our Felt Play Day where Robyn and Brigitte will help you to improve upon your technique and demonstrate techniques you may not have seen before. The day will involve working together as a group on a variety of samples. If you have particular things you would like to learn, send in your requests in advance and they will do their best to incorporate these into the day.

A variety of felting supplies. Or purchase from our stock on the day.
Prerequisites: Must have prior wet felting experience.
Robyn is a co-founder, and the heart and soul, of Opendrawer. A life member, and former President and committee member of the Victorian Feltmakers Inc., she has been teaching felt making for 22 years and is the Author of the book “Felt – Irresistibly beautiful projects”. Robyn’s passion is to teach in a way that brings technique and quality to your felt making.
Since graduating from “Studio Stitch – Art Design and Textiles” at Box Hill Institute in 2005, Brigitte Haldemann has undertaken several projects, group and solo exhibitions and competitions. Over time she has developed her own distinctive style, and shares a passion for colour, balance, texture, and design. She believes that teaching new skills and sharing new ideas encourages exploring, and expands the creative horizon.
